Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park is a pristine escape from city life that is characterised by a valley-bottom lake surrounded by old growth forests and bountiful sub-alpine and aplpine ridges to explore. Located 150km east of Vancouver off of Highway 1 or 64km southeast of Chilliwack, this park is also great for families with a playground located in the day-use area and abundant amount of frontcountry campsites.
Chilliwack Lake is an ideal spot for motor boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and hiking.
For visitors that like the full wilderness experience, there is access to the backcountry campsites located at Greendrop, Lindeman, Flora and Radium Lakes.
Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park has full facility from May 9 to October 15. Gates are closed during the winter months. Special access can be made through BC Parks or Sea to Sky Park Services and must contact us for more information.
All campsites at Chilliwack Lake are first-come, first serve.
Chilliwack Lake Provincial Park is now closed for the season.
We look forward to seeing you when we reopen in May 2009!
