Murrin Provincial Park is located 9 kilometres south of Squamish alongside Highway 99 between Vancouver and Whistler.
Browning Lake is the main feature of Murrin Park offering a great place for swimming, picnicking, fishing, and a nice walking trail around the lake.
The various granite walls easily accessible off the parking lot offer excellent climbing and bouldering opportunities.
The park contains day use picnic sites, swimming, fishing, water, rock climbing, and hiking.
A campfire ban is scheduled in the Coastal Fire Centre from Friday, July 23rd, 2010 from noon until further notice.
This applies to all parks operated by Sea to Sky Park Services. For more information on fire bans, visit www.bcwildfire.ca.
