Plumper Cove Provincial Park is a marine park located on the northwest side of Keats Island in scenic Howe Sound.
The park is accessible by foot passenger ferry from the Langdale Ferry Terminal and by water taxi from Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast.
The climate of Howe Sound is temperate with typically sunny and dry weather during the summer months. This plus moderate sea breezes help to create an idealistic boaters paradise that is readily accessible.
The park contains forested walk-in campsites, day use picnic sites, water, a trail system, and swimming. Firewood is also available for purchase from the Park Attendant.
Plumper Cove Marine Park is opened year round with limited facilities in the winter. All sites are first come, first serve and marine accessible only.
Marine facilities include a wharf and mooring buoys.
The campfire ban for the Squamish Forest District has been lifted.
A campfire ban is in effect for the Squamish Forest District which includes all the parks operated in the Sea to Sky Corridor effective immeditately until further notice.
For more information on the fire ban see the news release issued by the Ministry of Forests.
