Shannon Falls Provincial Park contains the third highest and one of the most stunning and easily accessible waterfalls in British Columbia.
The falls cascade over a series of cliffs 335 meters high originating from Mount Habrich and Mount Sky Pilot.
Shannon Falls is located 3km south of Squamish along the eastern shores of Howe Sound adjacent to Highway 99.
The park contains day use picnic sites, water, restrooms, and hiking access up the famed Stawamus Chief. A Welcome Centre is also on site providing park information, snacks, beverages, and souvenirs.
A group picnicking site is available for rent. For more information or to book this site, contact our office at (604) 986-9371. Group reservation bookings for the 2009 season begins on March 1, 2009.
A campfire ban is scheduled in the Coastal Fire Centre from Friday, July 23rd, 2010 from noon until further notice.
This applies to all parks operated by Sea to Sky Park Services. For more information on fire bans, visit www.bcwildfire.ca.
